Q: There are how many seats on the golf cart?
A: Electric golf carts have 2-seat, 2+2-seat, 4-seat, 4+2-seat, 6-seat, 8-seat, 6+2-seat, etc.
We can customize the number of seats for your needs.

Q: Electric golf cart's warranty
A: The essential accessories have a 1-year warranty(motor, battery, controller, etc.); the normal ones are 3-6 months but exclude easily damaged ones.

A: The price is depended on your needs, if you require special customization, the price will need our negotiation. Please tell us your specific requirements so that we can give you a accurate price.

Q: Ordering instructions
A: Due to the cart is customized production, and every customer's demands are different, so we do not support refund after payment (because we will arrange the plan after receive your payment). If you want a refund before sending the cart, you must pay 30% of the amount for depreciation expenses. So please think twice before ordering to avoid some trouble.

Q: Lead time & payment
A: If there are carts in stock, we will immediately arrange the delivery; if not, we need to produce the product in 7-15 days(maybe more).
Usually the payment method is 30% advance after signing the contract, and 70% balance needs be paid before the production finish.
After finish the production, we will contact the logistics, which possibly needs 1-3 days.

Q: Transportation and logistics
A: Because golf carts are pretty big, and different places have different transportation cost, so our quotation don't include the freight cost. 
We usually deliver by lorry(for Chinese area). For foreign country we usually deliver the car by sea.
If you agree on the shipping cost, we will arrange the delivery. 
You need to prepare a 1.5 tons or more folk-lift before the truck driver contact you, which is used to unload the cart from the lorry to ground.  
Usually the carts do not need test if they are full body delivered. But they will need assemble and test if they are delivered by pieces parts.
After you sign in for the car, there will be a receipt for you, please check it to avoid unnecessary troubles.
